ABOUT URJA
The mission of Urja is to counsel, to guide, to inspire, to uplift, to serve, to elevate, to educate and to encourage the morale, mindset and self confidence of students, youth and parents.
Urja is counseling, training and placement consulting centre. Team URJA is having its forte in Career Counseling, Training & Placements.
Urja is founded by Dr. Chetan Raikwar in 2009 with Dr. Chanchala Jain, subject matter experts and has a panel of over 20+ Experts including PhDs, Psychologist, Career Counselors, Trainers, Industry Professionals & Digital Marketers.
Urja has changed the life of more than 1 lakh students and parents through his webinars, seminars and personal counseling & training sessions.
The main modules of Urja are Career Management, Lakshya (Goal Setting & Achievement), Placement Promantras, Business Avsar, Personality Development, Friendly Parenting, Law of Attraction, The 5P Urja Study System, Mind Management, Happy Teachers Training and other Student & Employee Enrichment Programs.
We also provide and guidance in Business & Entrepreneurship Development Programs like Digital Business Management, Sales Training, Entrepreneurship Development and Digital Marketing.
Purpose of Urja
Team Urja has counseled and given guidance to more than 25,000 students through seminars, workshops and personal counseling till date with various psychometric tests, CIQT and DMIT. With all such activities, it is observed that although students have confidence, skill set and talents but due to lack of right Counseling, Guidance and Trainings they have been underperforming and are unable to achieve desired success. Some other diagnosed reasons with some of the students are lack of clarity, goal setting, skill development and awareness of available courses and institutes.
Urja is aiming to assist students in their subject, course and career selection by providing them information, knowledge, right counseling, guidance and trainings through our Urja programs.
ABOUT OUR LEAD CAREER COUNSELOR & TRAINER
- Dr. Chetan Raikwar is an Author, Career Counselor and Trainer constantly working from last 11 years on a mission of “Enriching People Enriching Bharat”.
- He is an expert in Career Counseling with Advanced Psychometric Test & Biometric Test (DMIT). With NLP & Law of Attraction techniques, he adds extra inputs and makes counseling unique and very special. He has counseled and trained more than 25000+ students and youth through his webinars, seminars and personal counseling & training sessions.
- He is Doctorate in Management and has provided his service to several academic institutions like LNCT, PIPS and IIPS-DAVV. He has done certification in diverse fields like Career Counseling, NLP Training, Goal Setting, Law of Attraction, Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
As a trainer, he also conducts Goal Setting and Mind Management Sessions in schools, colleges and Corporate Companies for the overall development of student & professionals. He also takes sessions on Entrepreneurship development for management students. - Dr. Chetan Raikwar got International Award for Achievement of Excellence in Career Counseling & Guidance by Research Foundation of India and World Federation of Science and Technology in International Award Convention Ceremony. Recently he got the Best Career Counselor in Indore Award from Our Ex Education Minister Shri Jitu Patwariji in Education Excellence Award 2019 organized by Swaraj Express.
- He also has written his first book “Atmahatya Kyun ?” with Dr. Chanchal Jain on most crucial and unsolved psychological social problem “Suicide”. The book is an attempt which focuses the attention of readers on problems which cause suicide and also lists numerous solutions to avoid such critical situation. Now a days he is working on his three upcoming books on friendly parenting, mind management and Goal Setting.
